Cassidy

Cassidy is diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta which is a rare, lifelong disease causing frequent bone fractures, resulting in Cassidy sustaining 81 fractures by age 3.

While there's no cure, specialists provide infusions to alleviate her fractures and ongoing body aches. Cassidy requires frequent travels for her infusions and constant fractures, sometimes traveling over 8 times in one month - but CFOH is here to relieve the financial burden of the constant flights to specialists that can help Cassidy.

Her mom (Sandy) shared, "Her condition required traveling to different states for specialized care, which was financially challenging due to the frequency of appointments and infusions. Being a low income family, it was hard to keep up with all the travel. The resources were limited because all of her appointments and infusions were so frequent. However, since finding CFOH support, the last few months have been life-changing for Cassidy, as we've been able to fly to all her appointments with their help."
