Ashlyn
Ashlyn was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in May 2020. Her parents knew they needed to get her to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City for treatment but we’re unsure how they were going to make it work. COVID had left her father unemployed, and Ashlyn’s mother was the primary caretaker. Ashlyn is now on a four-year clinical trial to prevent relapse. The clinical trial requires her to travel to NYC every 4 weeks. CFOH will be with Ashlyn every step of the way.
